The Artist Shop is excited to offer Summer Camps for young creatives of all skill levels!
“Fabric Week” with Courtney McCracken
July 30th - Aug. 3rd // 8:30am - 12:30pm
In Fabric Week we will learn basic and useful skills like hand-sewing and machine-sewing as well as natural fabric-dyeing, aided by our DIY solar ovens. We will practice our skills on handkerchiefs, source reused fabrics for making bags, and build up to making personalized flags.

With a fine group of local artists as instructors (and some seriously fun activities planned), we hope to keep kids creatively engaged and parents stress-free throughout the Summer.
Camps run Monday through Friday, and there are two camps per day: one from 8:30am-12:30pm, and another from 1:30pm-5:30pm. Students who enroll in both morning and afternoon sessions will have the option of staying at the shop and having free-draw/movie time while they wait for the afternoon session to begin (a great option for working parents).
Important: We ask that students bring a water bottle and sack lunch for morning camps, and a water bottle and snack for afternoon camps. All art supplies will be provided, though students are asked to bring a sketchbook and a pen or pencil for sketching and note-taking.
Sign up for 4 or more camps and save $25 per camp! 👉To get your discount, use coupon code “CAMPOUT” at checkout.
These camps will likely fill-up, so sign-up and reserve your spot. We look forward to sharing the Summer with you!
