November 2026 • Road Closures

Around 7:30am yesterday morning, a man drove down Jackson St., past our shop, and *into* the Magnolia’s / Republic Salon (formerly Tastyworld) building on Broad St. 

Thankfully, no bystanders were physically injured. 

But roads (including ours) will be closed for an “extended” period of time. To get to our shop, your best bet is to head toward the north end of downtown and park there, either in a street spot or in one of our three downtown decks. Then walk to the shop. 

Clayton, Washington, and Hancock are all open. Broad is closed. Our strip of Jackson is closed, except for pedestrians. 

We are working on some online specials and some holiday delivery offers to help offset the loss of walk-in business. But other than that, things will proceed as usual. Classes and workshops have not been affected, and we are still open with our normal hours of 12-6pm, 7 days a week.
