Here's a little insight into the creative process and the inspiration behind the work of James Greer.

For nearly 20 years, nearly all of the art i created was figurative and/or narrative, stemming from a lifetime of vivid dreams and imaginative compulsions. In the past few years, my artistic focus has shifted away from storytelling towards examination of the hidden essence of Form, the mirthful deception of objective reality, the undeniable truth of mathematics, and the viscerally ceaseless micro/macro experience of the natural world. This curated set of drawings serves as an exploration of the unsolvable.

James Greer ha vivido en Atenas, GA durante 24 años. Originario de Appalachian NC, ha estado dibujando desde que tiene uso de razón y todavía está en contacto con su profesor de arte de la escuela secundaria. Se especializa en dibujos e ilustraciones de líneas finas con pluma y tinta. Ha expuesto en galerías de varios estados y ha diseñado murales, camisetas, portadas de álbumes, patinetas, cartas del tarot y tatuajes.
