FAQ
What if I don't see my class listed?
If you don't see a kit for your class, just email us your syllabus and we'll hook you up.
What if I don't need everything in my kit?
If you do not need everything in your kit, you have two options:
1. You can purchase only what you need by clicking the "What's Included" link above or browsing our online store, but you'll forego a class kit discount when you purchase items individually.
2. You can purchase the entire kit (with the discount) and you'll have extra art supplies!
Do you offer payment plans?
Great news for those who'd like to pay over time: Our credit card processor offers payment plans on orders of $50 or more through their partner, Affirm.
Just choose the "Shop Pay" option at checkout, and proceed from there. If you're approved, you can make installment payments with zero interest and no extra fees.
For more info and help with payment plans, visit Affirm's Help Center here: https://helpcenter.affirm.com/s/
Can I return a Class Kit?
Due to their temporal nature, Class Kits are only returnable for store credit if they're returned unused and in full (all items unused) within two weeks of the start of the semester. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@kaartist.com.
Here are our current return deadlines:
- For Fall 2024 Athens Tech Class Kits, we must have your kit returned in full to our shop by Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
- For Fall 2024 UGA Class Kits, we must have your kit returned in full to our shop by Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
I'm an art teacher too... how do I request a class kit?
Class Kits are a great way to ensure your students get the tools they need at a great price. All you need to do is email us your list of required supplies, along with some information about the class you're teaching, and we'll put together the kits for your students. They'll receive a bulk discount on the items, and they'll be able to choose local delivery or store pickup.
It's best to email us at least one month before you need the kits to be ready. Two months is even better! But we've put together lots of last-minute kits in the past. It's rarely too late to make a kit!
