First, you'll want to select your paper type from the product options below. Our shop go-to is the VFA paper because of its beautiful cotton texture and high quality feel. But you can't go wrong with any from our curated selection. Try our Hot Press and UPPM options if you prefer smooth papers, Baryta or Luster if you prefer a photo-style semi-gloss, and Bamboo or Sugar Cane paper if you prioritize eco-consciousness and sustainability.

Once you've clicked on your paper choice, you'll be prompted to select from a range of paper sizes and border styles.

Please Note: Print Size = Paper Size.

Therefore, if you choose a border, the artwork will be printed slightly smaller than the paper size, meaning the artwork for a 16x20 inch print with a standard 1/4" border will measure 15.5x19.5 inches. We recommend our standard 1/4 inch border if you're worried about a mat or frame overlapping some of your artwork. And we recommend a 1 inch border if you'd like to sign your prints. For everyone else, printing edge-to-edge (called "full bleed") is recommended.

If you do not see your print/paper size listed, please select a print size where both dimensions are equal to or greater than your desired print size. In Step 3 (Reply to Your Order Confirmation Email) you can describe to us the exact dimensions you desire.

After you've made your selections, add them to your online shopping cart and check-out. You'll be able to select from Store Pickup, Local Delivery, and Shipping. We ship everywhere in the USA.

You'll also be able to select the payment method of your choice. Payment for prints is due upfront, but don't worry. If there's a problem with your order, we'll do everything we can do to make it right.

After you purchase your prints from us, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please reply to this email and let us know which image(s) you'd like us to print for you.

- If we've already printed for you, we likely have your image on file, and you can just tell us the file name.
- If it's your first time printing an image with us, you'll want to attach the file to your email when you reply. You can also send us your file(s) via a service like Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.

Once we receive your order and files, your prints will typically be ready within three business days. We do offer rush orders by request. You'll receive another email from us once your prints are ready for pickup, local delivery, or shipping.
