Awagami Mulberry Paper from Legion

Mulberry is mould made of kozo and sulphite pulp, white and acid-free, and its strength, softness and flexibility make it the most versatile sheet for printers and printmakers. This paper is is good for relief printing, silkscreen, hand lithography, and book arts.

Although lightweight, Mulberry is strong enough to take considerable pressure from a hand printing press without concern for cracking or tearing.

The sheet has a very subtle laid, chain line pattern and the handmade sheet is especially soft with very little surface sizing.
