The Holbein brush holder is a translucent tube that can telescope from 9" to 13" enabling it to hold both short handle and long handle brushes. There is a small hole for ventilation in the bottom of the tube, and a sponge inside the tube lid for protective cushioning. - 1-1/4" diameter
