Our Baryta Paper offers all of the rich tonality, depth, and feel of a traditional darkroom print.

The paper has an elegantly smooth finish and subtle reflectivity. It has a pleasant neutral white tone imparted by a 100% barium sulfate (baryta) layer. Baryta is the "old school" way of whitening paper and it adds natural richness to portraits and landscapes. Black and White images benefit from Baryta's deep blacks and exceptional contrast. Use this paper for your final product to surpass gallery and museum expectations. Baryta paper is ideal for those who want the look of true fiber-based darkroom prints, images with deep blacks and rich color, and high quality fine photographic reproductions.

Placing Your Order

1. First, select the paper type and paper size you'd like. We charge by paper size, not image size, so if you want a white border around your print, be sure to include that in the size you choose.
2. Make your selections and place your order.
3. Send your image file(s) to hello@kaartist.com via email, Dropbox, GoogleDrive, or WeTransfer. Include any special notes like sizing requests and borders with your files.
4. We'll reach out if we have any questions, and we'll let you know when your prints are ready!

Our standard turnaround time is three business days. Large print jobs may take longer. Please contact us if you need to place a rush order, or need to meet a deadline.

Fine Art Printing

Our super-detailed, artist-quality prints are made with archival inks and papers, so they'll last a lifetime.

Also known as giclée printing, our inkjet prints are made with pigment-based, lightfast inks on a range of fine art papers.

We hand-trim each print to your specifications, with or without a border, and we present each print to you in a clear sleeve with a mat-board backing, so your prints are protected and ready to share or sell.

Our typical turnaround time is three business days, though large orders may take a few days longer. We do offer rush orders by request.
