Derwent Inktense pencils are highly versatile, watersoluble, pigment-based pencils which create ink-like colour when combined with water. Once dry, the color wash is permanent and can be worked over with wet or dry media without affecting the previous layer. These sets come packed in durable metal tins. Suitable for use on fabric such as silk and cotton, as well as paper and other surfaces.
